Our complete solution is just that, it contains all of the essential elements needed by both field staff and office staff, allowing for fast, accurate and up to date information on both the carers and and clients.
With our complete solution, it is offered on a two year contract with an initial setup fee or three year contract with the full setup included. We price the product based the amount of field staff you have.
The package would include Ulysses software, full training, implementation, admin user access, a modern mobile device with robust casing and extra screen protection, minutes and texts for communication to the office and clients and data for live feedback of notes to and from the office. The data is also used for the satnav feature which comes included with the price. The mobile device will come fully setup and ready to go out of the box.
